Bienvenue sur la page d'accueil du projet E-TIC. Cela sera (au moins temporairement) le lieu où nous documentons tout ce que nous apprenons au cours du projet. Voici une brève description du projet, reprise du site d'ETIC http://www.e-tic.net:
Le projet ETIC vise à fournir des outils et éléments de formation de sorte que les petits agriculteurs et les éleveurs puissent mieux vendre leurs produits. Au travers la mise en place du présent portail Internet et une série de formations destinés aux relais de terrain (jeunes, femmes, journalistes de radios communautaires), le projet ETIC vise à transmettre des connaissances pertinentes pour une bonne gestion agricole. Au centre du projet: les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC), utilisation desquelles est marquée par une approche très participative. La constitution d’un réseau dans le domaine agricole est également un objectif sous-jacent du projet. Ainsi, les relais de terrain sont à la fois acteurs et intermédiaires entre paysans et nouvelles technologies.

Welcome to the entry page for E-TIC. This will (at least temporarily) be the place where we document all we are learning during the project. Here is a brief description of the project, from the existing site http://www.e-tic.net:
The ETIC project aims to provide tools and training components so that small farmers and herders be better able to sell their products. Through the creation of this portal and a series of training courses for field connectors (youth, women, community radio journalists), the ETIC project aims to provide knowledge relevant for efficient and effective farm management. At the heart of the project: information and communication technologies (ICT), used through a participatory approach. Building a network in the field of agriculture is also an underlying objective of the project. Thus, field connectors are both actors and intermediaries between farmers and new technologies.
