Development calendar

  • 3 March 2010: Set up of basic site and template
  • Mid March 2010?: Develop the mapping system for communtiy radios
  • Mid March 2010?: Develop the upload system for community radio audio files
  • Mid March 2010?: Develop section to which documents can be added, e.g. as in http://e-tic.net/index.php?what=news -- reference-like "best practices" documents
  • End of March 2010?: RSS feed or some other technical solution for the weather maps / forecast -- automatically updated


  • April 2010?: RSS feed application that brings in pages automatically based on key words -- news updates -- see example in links at the bottom http://mali.icvolunteers.org -- to vacuum info that exists on other sites about our topics
  • April 2010?: Help develop training materials for community radio journalists
